My name is Yumileydis Paucar Bahrs, but everyone calls me Yumila. I am originally from Cuba, but came to Germany at the age of 18 and have been a German citizen since 2009. I learned massage techniques from my grandmother in Cuba very early on and I am very interested in the world of massage and wellness, as I like to help and support people and I am happy when they relax and enjoy the massages.

I got to know Ayurvedic teaching and also tried Ayurvedic food. With a three-week trip to India I was able to deepen my knowledge of Ayurveda. All of this spurred me on to train as an Ayurveda masseuse and massage and wellness therapist and to live out my passion for health in combination with massage and wellness therapy. I have successfully completed various training courses as listed above at the well-known Academy for Health Terramedus.
